Our Expertise
Nikki Marr is an attorney, specializing in adoptions, child custody and other areas of juvenile and family law. She is also a certified mediator (general mediation, domestic relations and family violence). A 1990 graduate of Georgia State University College of Law, she was admitted to the Georgia Bar in 1991.
Mediation
Attorney Marr has completed the courses required by the State Bar of Georgia to be registered as a domestic relations mediator and she actively takes mediation assignments. She brings her experience as a family law attorney, juvenile court judge, educator and counselor to her work as a mediator. She is familiar with the local courts and has advised and successfully represented clients on matters before many Georgia juvenile and superior courts.

Attorney Marr works diligently with individuals and couples to insure that all required documentation is filed timely and all questions are answered. Guardian ad Litem
Attorney Marr is frequently called to serve the court as a Guardian ad Litem. Guardians are appointed by the Court upon the request of either party to represent the best interest of the child. In Georgia, a Guardian ad Litem is empowered to investigate the living conditions, relationships, conduct home visits in order to make a determination of what is in the best interest of the child in the matter before the Court.
